I've tried some of the things below and they helped alot:

1- Eat foods that are good for the penis:

2- Kegel exercise (u can search on the web, it's popular)

3- May want to wear condom to de-sensitize your penis. Some condoms even have de-sensitizing lotion inside. I've tried Durex Perform Max. Works very well for me. This one doesn't make your penis numb, but somehow it could help you last much much longer. You can remove the condom after a few minutes and you can still feel the effect. The friction of thrusting activates the lotion (I think, I don't know how it works for sure). I've tried THICK condom from Japan, but they are so thick that you don't feel anything. You could lose erection b/c of this, so don't try thick condom.

4- Have tried Chinese lotion (the little bottle that costs ~ $8/each). It smells bad. It also make your penis numb and very HOT (like you apply Dầu xanh to it). I don't use it anymore.

5- Just before you do it (5-10 minutes), try to drink some hot cocoa, this is not anything special, just give you some more energy in the form of cocoa (chocolate+sugar+coffee) (think of it as an energy drink)

6- Today, there are online pharmacies that sell generic Viagra, Cialis... You could try to get the low dosage (like 50mg tablets íntead of 100mg). I've just purchased ~ 40 Viagra 50-mg tablets and it cost ~ $100 total. It's expensive, but I don't think I'll need them a lot. I tried one tablet for the first time last week in addition with the Durex Perform Max condom. I could not come for more than 45 minutes. And it was still hard afterward, so you can do it again if you want to. Since it's low dosage the effect will wear off in a few hours.

7- Be physically fit is also important. You don't need to have huge muscles, but a good blood flow is important.

8- Make sure you feel positive & confident. If you are afraid of ejaculating early, you will do it early. Instead, feel confident about yourself and talk while doing it to take your mind off the fear.

Of the 8 things above, I believe #3 helps me the most. I'm already exercising everyday, so #7 is a given. #6 has potential, but I've only tried once, so I don't know. Plus I was using it with the condom too.
